Ladies (or men)… Please Trust me. It will not help your progress toward anything.

Feeling like sh** or rather unwell in various ways just isn’t helpful. Let’s cut the nonsense. I say that in the sense that yes, improve your mindset, find your methods for improving your confidence or work on whatever your current endeavors are but especially as you age, you must take care of yourself. I am saying this as I am feeling a state of epiphany where I know I must change my own ways and its not only meditating! Its a long list of setting boundaries and learning to not care what people think and focusing.

Quick note: I have been in this process of closely reading the Master Key System and am working toward changing my thoughts; underlining in red pen all the ‘parts’ which explain how to focus on being omnipresent and the ‘law of attraction’. YES. I need to find my power! Hello! I am guessing I am not the only one.
